How do you use these cushions?
There are many ways to love your new cushion, but you can read more about how we think they can be loved by a child here.
How long does delivery take?
As all our cushions are made to order, we need a few days to make, quality check, pack and dispatch your order. We aim for all orders to be delivered in 2-4 working days. If you require your order a bit quicker, choose the ‘Express Delivery’ option at checkout. You can read more about delivery here.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to various factors including Brexit and the US Tarrifs, our international delivery options vary. Please see our delivery page for the latest information.

What are your cushions made of?
You can choose either a super-soft faux-suede material for your cover, or a natural organic cotton cover, with either a fibre or down feather filling.
Do the cushions come with a filling?
Yes. You can choose from either polyester fibre, or down feather. Our down feather is responsibly sourced and RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified.
Are your down feather fillings cruelty free?
Our down feather fillings are certified by the ‘Responsible Down Standard’ (RDS). The RDS certifies products that contain feathers and down from certified farms. It ensures that the feathers and the duvet used in the padded products derive from geese and ducks raised in compliance with the principles and criteria of animal welfare.
Are they child safe?
We recommend that the cushions are not to be used as a toy, and should be used under adult supervision.
What size are the cushions?
Our cushions measure approximately 42x42cm
Do you collaborate with artists or authors?
Yes! In the near future we will be working on some collaborations. If you would like to work with us please get in touch.
Do you do any other animal characters?
We’re developing new products all the time. If there are any characters you would like to see please let us know!
Can I change any other wording on the cushion?
You can choose either the ‘Story Time‘ or ‘Bedtime Story‘ wording for the right hand side of the pocket, and also add a child’s name to the left hand side.
If you require any specific wording or personalisation we are usually able to help.

Is there a word limit for the name personalisation?
There is no character limit, but if we have any concerns about the word length we will get in touch.
Can I return my cushion for a refund?
If you are not happy with your cushion for any reason, please get in touch and we will do what we can to make it right. We can’t offer refunds on personalised orders, unless there is a fault.
